Why did a low-stock alert come a few minutes after my stock changed?

Kerno doesn't check stock the instant it changes. It runs its checks in the background, and none of them runs more often than every 10 minutes. So an alert can land a few minutes after the change. The checks are listed under Settings, Overview, Scheduled jobs, each with the time it last ran: low stock, finished-goods low stock, lot expiry, automatic replenishment and the rest.
