Export your data

Export a list from Kerno to keep a copy, work on it in a spreadsheet or move it into another workspace.

Where each export is

• Materials: Export CSV for the materials, Export SKUs for their supplier SKUs.
• Materials Inventory: Export lots for every stock lot.
• Products: Export CSV.
• Suppliers: Export CSV.
• BOMs: Export BOMs for the BOMs, Export BOM lines for every line in them.

Export a list

1. Open the list you want, such as Materials.
2. Click its export button at the top of the page, such as Export CSV.

Move records to another workspace

The exports of suppliers, materials and their SKUs, stock lots and BOM lines import back into Kerno, so you can move them from one workspace into another.

1. Export the lists you need from the first workspace.
2. Switch to the other workspace.
3. Import them in this order: suppliers, materials, opening stock (your lots), supplier SKUs, then BOM lines. Create the products first, because a BOM names its product.
